Hi, I have been "hunting and picking" for each CSV and PDF download for each state, national frequencies, etc. However, I was wondering if there was a way to download all frequencies in the world? Like a single CSV or PDF which contains all frequencies? I want to download other countries (like Mexico), and this process of downloading every single state and national frequencies takes forever. Thanks! BTW - I want to download them all in case I need to access the database offline.

Probably copyrights and piracy prevents this from happening, but maybe if you pay a big fee like Whistler and Uniden for access to the full database RR will give you access.

And, just out of curiosity, when is your next trip to Russia with your scanner?

In most places in the world, there is no database, or there is a very poor database, or no database available to the public, or only one available at a high price. The international ITU database is unbelievably incomplete as its main concern is signals that go across borders.
also, such a database would be extremely large. The U.S. FCC ULS database alone is over 2.5 GB - which you can download from the FCC, is awkward to use (it is meant to be used with a serious database program), has errors, and of course stations often operate without a current license. What you want is wishful thinking--I wish it was not.

I appreciate the responses! But what I am looking for is already on RadioReference. There is a subpage for each country and in some aspects, counties or territories. Each page has downloadable PDF or CSV files. It is laborious to go to each page and download each one. There must be hundreds of them. I was hoping they could all be downloaded in one batch, but perhaps not!

System by system and county by county is what you have to do; there's no way to download the entire DB in one swoop.

There used to be a RadioReference CD but it's no longer produced.
