What scanner do you have? You will need a software designed for your scanner with the capability to import from Radio Reference.
As stated above we need to know the scanner. As a premium subscriber you can use the scanner programming software to access the RR database for your scanner, it does not allow you to directly download and import to the scanner from RR.
its is a whistler 1065 ,downloaded software that is suppose to capatitable with it and RR

What programming software did you download? You have a choice of ARC500, Win500, or PSREdit500. Also, please let us know your city, county, state, and which systems you want to monitor.

Your county appears to be still using conventional channels, some analog, a few digital, but your WS1065 can handle those.
However, several of your surrounding counties are on P25 trunked systems, which your WS1065 cannot receive.

This statement is not correct the WS1065 Will do P25 trunking, but not P25 Phase II
Both of those systems are P25 Phase II systems, using Phase II talkgroups. That's why I noted that his WS1065 would not work for them.
