Great reporting again by the denver media - 9news and kdvr say it was Hydrogen Sulfide and Denver Post says Hydrogen Cyanide. Two completely different substances (although both very toxic). What makes then even more dangerous is they're explosive as well. I did my thesis work with Hydrogen Sulfide (the memories!). Doesn't explain the 'yellow liquid' though.
