Any updates on this?

And this is really off topic and all but...what ever happened to that show "Dallas SWAT" that was on TV? Pretty cool show, got kind of repetitive though at times.

Don't know about the show.

It appears, at this point, that the three persons arrested at the scene initially were the only ones in the apartment. There has been no indication, to this point, that there is/was a fourth subject there. The shooter is believed to be one of the three, undetermined which one (or at least not announced).

The officer was a 14-year member of the gang unit, & would have reached the 18 year mark with the department tomorrow. He was shot in the face when he & other officers went to serve a felony arrest warrant. Some details are contradictory at this point. I've heard both that the shots were fired through the door when the officers were outside, and a different version, shots being fired as the door was opened by someone inside. Also two variations on the warrant being served. One station said it was a felony aggravated assault warrant, another called it a robbery warrant. Side note- The officer & his wife were close friend's of Dallas Police Chief David Kunkle. The slain officer's wife is also a DPD officer, an administrative lieutenant assigned to Chief Kunkle's office.
