DPS unit numbers

Can anyone help me out with how DPS unit numbers are assigned? I get the district number part, but are there any designators for command, sergeants, other techs, etc.? Thanks!

Also, if the callsign ends in a 0 (zero), that's a sergeant. Ex: 1410, 1420, etc.

Metro 1400, Metro 700, etc., they're Lieutenants.
