Alinco: DR-M03SX * DR-M06T

I bought 1 of each of these new (back in the 90s) and recently dug them out. They still work great with the exception of power control. The settings were suppose to be 1W Low and 10W High, but I'm guessing due to component aging, power is about 15W all the time.
I've not opened the cases to see what the 20+ year old caps are looking like.
I was just curious if anybody else still has or uses either of these radios and or if you've seen a similar issue.

I have the DR-M06T. Yes the caps are easily adjustabl if needed. It has been a while since I had it open but I believe there is a low power adjustment as well.
My caps are still good on my radio. Just take it easy and I think you should be able to adjust with no problems.

I haven't had time to really dive in, but at first look my caps too still look ok. Yes, there are low and high pots that were never messed with. I'm hoping I can locate some type of Service Manual. The schematic the Alinco rep sent me MANY years ago leaves lots to be desired.
