Dreamville, a music festival that brings thousands of people to Raleigh will be the first weekend in April (6-7th) at Dix Park near downtown Raleigh. While most law enforcement and medical traffic will probably be on Wake Event 1-5, all of which are encrypted, concert operations will be on a Mototrbo DMR trunked repeater system with 14 UHF channels (451-452 MHz range) and a 20 watt max. Setup for the festival starts April 1st with the festival ending April 7th, though cleanup and tear down lasts a few days after.
