I recall this being discusse earlier in the year or last year. Look back through the forum or use the search.

Also, if I recall correctly, they are using MotoTRBO digital radios, so no way to monitor them with a scanner.

On the topic of Universities.. We will be going down to University of PA in University City... Just curious if they are monitorable or if my PRO-97 will be able to pick them up, also any other frequencies that might be good for the area.
