DSD+ 2.289 msvcr90.dll missing & not in the DSD DLL Download

I am doing a new install of DSD and I can't get FMPP to run. I get a required file not found error. I downloaded the required DLL file from https://www.dsdplus.com/dl/DSDPlusDLLs.zip but that file includes msvcr100.dll and does not have msvcr90 in it. I do have multiple versions of the "90" file on my PC but they all give a checksum error.

Where can I get the 90 version with the correct checksum?

I solved this but the directions in the notes file are not accurate. DSDPlus would not start due to 5 missing files. I saw in the forums about using the download base files option in DSDPlus but since it would not launch I could not do that. So I created 5 dummy files for the DSDPlus.networks etc. files. That allowed DSDPlus to launch and I was able to download the base files and get the FMPP running.
