I trying to reinstall this on my computer and the email link they originally sent me doesn't work. I registered last year on 5/10/2024 and installed the package. I had to setup new pc only to find out the link to reinstall does not work. I haven't received any updates since the first email on 5/10/25. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Update are not done via email. If you got Fast Lane on 5/10/2024, then you already had a copy that would allow you to download the updates from within the menu system.
Your original link was probably something that referenced ##########_DSDPlus2p465.zip (where ########## is a unique set of characters to you).
Try replacing the DSDPlus2p465 portion with DSDPlus2p523 in the original link that you were sent. Of course, you will need a password to unarchive that (using Winzip, 7-Zip, or WinRAR).
You will also need to download all of the supporting files at https://www.dsdplus.com/dsdplusuploads/FastLane/DSDPlusBaseFi1es.zip
a. You should get the supporting file first. You should unarchive them and save to a folder succh as c:\dsdplus
b. Then you need to navigate into each subsdirectory under c:\dsdplus and copy the files from each subdirectory into your c:\dsdplus folder directly
c. Then you need to unarchive your ##########_DSDPlus2p523.zip file into c:\dsdplus, overwriting any existing files
Otherwise, if the instructions above do not work you will need to email dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com (using the original email address you signed up with) and request a link to the latest version with your password.

And, as I mentioned before, future updates are not sent via email. You actually have to fire up DSDPlus once in a while and make sure it is set in the MISC menu to check for updates. It'll let you know when an update is out, and will give you the opportunity to download it. All updates are password protected with the original password sent to you in email. You need to use that password and something like 7-zip, winzip or winrar to unzip any of the updates. Windows native zip support does not include support for password protected archives.
What wont open? The file or the website window? When pasting link in browser window, and hitting enter, nothing opens. It downloads to your downloads folder. Have you checked that folder?

When pasting, if you do a sloppy job and include an empty space in front of the password, it will reject it. Type it out carefully from the first character or be extremely careful when pasting. I'm speaking from experience.
I use Winrar's organize password function to store my FastLane password. No need to have to copy & paste it every time
