DSD Plus Fast Lane rejecting payment

I am trying to purchase DSD Fastlane, but Paypal is declining my card (several cards) and even a Visa Gift Card.
The cards should not be an issue they work everywhere else.
Paypal shows the email for payment as valid.
Any thoughts?

Have you ever used PayPal to make a purchase anywhere else, like on eBay?
Could be an issue with your PayPal account.
Also, what country are you in? Could be an issue of making a foreign payment.

I am in the USA, but maybe DSD is not??
I have used Paypal successfully

Only other thing I can think of is that PayPal is having issues right now, or make sure you're sending payment or donation or whatever to the correct address.

In light of the extra workload the Fast Lane program will create, the DSD+ team is asking Fast Laners for:

• US$10 for one year of Fast Lane updates
• US$25 for unlimited Fast Lane updates

Donations above these amounts are welcomed, but it’s up to you. We’re not looking to get rich here. Funds will be used for things like needed hardware upgrades.

I have been trying for three days now and I have used Paypal for other things during that period. I sent an email to dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com. I will see if they respond.
