DSDPlus DSDplus Fastlane link

Hi All
I purchased fastlane unlimited in 2021 and I still have the original email with download link and password. I recently got rid of my old pc and built a new one and wanted to install DSD+& FL again however the link in the email no longer works.
The original email says support queries should be directed to here.
Any advice or suggestions appreciated.

RR is not going to send you the application files. I suggest emailing dsdplusfastlane@gmail.com and explaining the situation. Supporting the program thru hive-mind work is what RR will do, giving you access to your original purpose is a little beyond "support".

Some people have reported a quite a delay in responses from them, but there haev been updates recently ... so be patient.

As always, this update is bound to generate support questions,
but we will be unable to answer everyone if private emails are used.
Instead, please use the Radioreference forums so that all fast laners
benefit from the answers.

The wording in the email does say that , but I believe it's meant for things like configuring bat files and stuff like that.

For this, you would want to do as @a417 suggests above and email the author. Request the latest full package and include the email address you used when you made the purchase.
