I started play playing around DSDplus. I think I have it figured out except the DSDPlus.Frequencies file needed for voice following. I am trying to monitor this site:
Justice Integrated Wireless Network Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies Site 78 Marysville

I know the CC used is 168.9125. This is how I configured the file:
P25, 715, 078, 01, 170.0375, 170.0375 0

Sitting next to my 436HP tuned to the same site, it is receiving audio, no audio on DSD Plus. How do I properly set up the frequency file?

As @GTR8000 said, the DSDPLUS.frequencies file is not used for P25 trunking.

You would set the CC freq in the FMP24-CC to 168.9125 and it will read the trunking data and voice channels from that.

That said, there are a couple of errors in the example you provided, it should be:
protocol, networkID (NAC), siteNumber, OTAchannelNumber (LCN), TXfrequency, RXfrequency, sortOrder
P25, 715, 1.078, 0, 0.0, 170.0375, 0
P25, 715, 1.078, 0, 0.0, 170.6375, 0
P25, 715, 1.078, 0, 0.0, 172.4125, 0

Use 0 for the OTAChannelNumber unless you know the LCN, use 0.0 for TX freq which is not the same as RX freq, and 0 for sort order.

Also, you should add the sites in the DSDPLUS.sites file, this can be downloaded and copied into your existing site file (as can talkgroups) from RR Database page:

Or you can just enter it as;
P25,BEE0A.715,1.078,"Marysville"

DSDPlus.frequencies is not used for P25 trunking.
If the CC receives a "voice request" how would that show up on the log? Would it say voice, call? I attached the log. If anyone has any knowledge of what anything on it means or has a link to site that does that would be great. I can't see anything that shows voice, or a call to tell the what the VC would be. I am not sure it is decoding the CC properly. Thanks for your help!

Based on the log, you are not looking at the true control channel for the system. The TSDU is the Transport Service Data Unit. While I'm not totally clear what it does, it is basically some type of data and not normal voice. These channels are associated with the system and appear to be a CC but are not. I would also mention that the system ID you listed 715 isn't always the site NAC being used, there may be many NACs which are different for each site.

The better log has the file name DSDPLUS.event, mine starts with 1R- but yours might not, a sample is attached. You'll see ENC Group Call (encrypted calls), Group Call (regular traffic), Affiliation (when they join a talkgroup) and Registration (signing on).

Thanks for all your help everyone. I downloaded Fastlane and got it up and working. It decodes very well. Now I am going play around with all the other settings and bells and whistles.
