My first question is does a ham radio have a whip antenna such as the 102" one?

And if yes then is it possible to put that and a cb antenna whip beside each other in the bed behind the back glass or will they cancel each other out?

Such as this but one being a cb antenna and one being a ham antenna? Screenshot by Lightshot

A ham radio operating on the 10 meter band would use a 96 inch whip, give or take a couple of inches.
Yes you can put a CB whip and a ham whip on the same vehicle as shown in the photo, and no, they won't "cancel each other out." Remember that hams can operate on many different bands, from 1.8 mHz to something like 2,300 mHz, and the antennas will vary all over the place as to length. The 10 meter example you used is only one band.

Thank You.

Do they make whips for ham radios? I would really like a cb and ham antenna to look the same if they have 2 like that?

I really don't know to be honest. What is your best suggestion?
That's going to depend on you license class and what radios you have, and if you're looking to chat on a local repeater, or talk to Italy on your way to work, or if you'd rather be tracking your movements via APRS (or using it to send text messages through the space station.

As pictured, those aren't whips in my mind, but are fiberglass antennas, for that look, you can search for hamstick; as far as ham antennas go their affordable, but I've heard that the performance is less than other options out there. The Larid C27, can be cut for CB and 10m, and looking at their other antennas they have some within a few inches in length (48"-52") for the VHF 2m band as well. The Chamelon V2L is about 80" with the top half being a thin wire so when mounted to a vehicle, the top of the antennas would be within 20inches you went with a 102" whip, and that thin wire would disappear with the sky once you're a few feet up, the V2L requires the use of an autotuner and if for HF use only in it's full length configuration. I think Wilson also makes a 2m antenna that has a similar base to the little wil and wilson 500, that would be 47" while the 500 on CB is about 54" or you can do two 2 500s one cut for CB and one cut for 10m; base loaded whips, but still those thin wires and pretty decent performance.

I'm sure if you look around you can probably find a few more options that carry a similar look or style.

Wow so much information. Thank You! Looked up some you recommended and liked some and it led me to some more. Thanks again.

On the passenger rear of the service bed is a Hustler ball with a 102 for the CB, on the drivers rear is a GI flexible rubber mount that can take up to 16 feet of antenna elements or another 102, that is connected to the radio through a Yaesu FC-40 auto-tuner. With the full 16' it will tune 80 meters. With a 102 it will work 30m up through 6m. 12' is about as long as I dare go while moving.

There is no noticeable interaction between the antennas and only on 10m at high power do I get any thing from the CB in the way of bleed over.

There's no easy way to answer that question. So, the answer to it would be, 'No', with a lot of exceptions for particular instances/situations.
Can a 'ham' antenna look like a 'CB' antenna? Yes, sometimes, but certainly not in every case. Almost like asking if a Nascar vehicle look like a daily driver? They can certainly look 'sort of' like each other but they are different things all together and will never look exactly alike.
Are these dumb questions? No, they are not. They are typical for someone at the knowledge point at which you happen to be at the moment. We've all been there, don't feel lonely... :)
