If any of you want to try an experimental link and use up some of those free night and weekend minutes. Just call 641-827-6323 switch to speakerphone and you have an instant scanner! This is the same feed as the Dubuque RACOM feed only it is not delayed due to compression like the online one. There is a limit of 2 users so if you get voicemail that means all slots are full.

Mr. Compwhiz; Iam absolutely astatic that I just happend to find your stream about 1 month ago. I have several friends in JoDaviess Co. that are with the SO and fire/ Haz-Mat team.
Iam blowing their minds, they can't figure out how Iam hearing them out here in Erie,Pa.
Sir, if you could post car numbers or badge id's so that I can ID who Iam listening to.
like Iowa state police and grant Co. Wis. State. that would really help keep track of who Iam listening to. it would be a really big help. thanks much

I'll have to try the phone number link sometime. Do you have equipment there capable of monitoring the StarCom21 system across the river? That would be cool if you can incorporate IL StarCom21 in the live feed as well.

I don't have a whole lot of information on that feed as I don't monitor it a whole lot. I usually listen to the Dubuque RACOM feed. I'll see what I can do as far as coming up with a listing. I do know that most of the traffic you hear is from the Wisconsin State Patrol.
