Hello friends. Can someone share the best programming to monitor Duke Energy in the Greensboro area please? I’m a bit confused on what sites and freqs to enter for this area.

Duke at this point is fully encrypted and running phase 2 control channels. So no scanner will be able to monitor them but you can use an sdr and software like dsd fastlane to monitor the sites for traffic but you won't hear anything

Traffic that is linked in from the OpenSky system is unencrypted. I am not sure if there are any of those patches still running or if everything has moved to P25. I have personally heard some Greensboro area operations in the clear on TG 62295, but that was a year ago.
