DV4 Mobile Reservation Update
We are always seeking information from our suppliers when they have something new and exciting on the horizon, like the DV4 Mobile. The most current information we have from Wireless Holdings LLC is that the DV4 Mobile project has been put on hold due to a large commercial endeavor. They still have the same team together, but the hardware from the original version has reached it's end of life. That means new hardware will need to be sourced to get this product to the market. They are still aiming for Q4 2019 for the release of the DV4 Mobile.

With that said, we are converting our DV4 Mobile Reservations to a free reservation system rather than requiring a deposit. You are currently on our reservation list and have a $35 deposit. You have three options for your deposit:

1. Do nothing and your deposit may be applied to any future purchase, including a DV4 Mobile.
2. Receive a refund through PayPal for $35 by replying to this email and requesting a refund by PayPal – be sure to include the email address you would like for us to send it to. PayPal refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
3. Receive a refund by check by replying to this email with a mailing address for your check. Refund checks will be mailed within 30 days.

Unless you have been living in a cave instead of a shack, this is not unexpected ,this company has a bad history with over promises and failures,and trying to blame purchasers for there failures .due to there track record I wouldn't purchase so much as a balun ,until they deliver smooth working radios for 10 years consistently .
