TG 65531 was already in the system TG file from Site 103 West COCO as Radio Techs.
I added Radio ID as Radio Techs for TG 65534 as I think it obvious due to the above Affiliations List.

This time I heard Audio tone testing as I watched Pro96com bring up the new CHLs and ID'ing them as TG 65534

Site 104 Done - 16 CHLs - New TG 65534 Radio Techs - Testing

Your master site
According to some of the maps, we should get something out this way, not much. I think the August and september newsletters have some pics.
There will still be Crane Ridge that currently serves the ALCO/SJCO border area. It will not be simulcast though so it will be dependent on who is affiliated to it.

I don't know of any other sites and AFAIK there won't be.

Saw a CoCo County SO unit on Saturday with an APX7000 portable. Nothing digital was programmed in it though. Only had their current VHF stuff.

And i saw Martinez PD had a few lying around the office as wellbb

From my post in Fremont, picking up a digital signal on 774.8937 NAC 1F2. Must be part of the new East Bay system, but where? East Alameda County? Not real strong, but steady, with no voice or data heard.

re: EBRCS

Per EBRCS meeting mintues, the ETA for the entire system to be fully operational is December 2012. The plan is for the system to be brought up in Phases, with the first Phase, that includes the CoCo West Cell and the AlCo East Cell, operational at the end of 2011.

AECOM has begun coverage testing for the CoCo West Cell this week (June 17) and will begin the AlCo East Cell in the next couple of weeks.

Here is a operational matrix.
East Bay Regional Communications System Authority

Can a mod make this a sticky since it appears this will be coming online soon?

Here's the hot off the presses newsletter for October... interesting reading...

Read further down. That's only the console migration date.

System completion date is June 2012.

There were people on the Alameda Northwest cell today and over the past couple of days. They seemed to be doing informal coverage testing in Albany and at Alta Bates Medical Center.

I shouldn't think it would be much use to test coverage in Albany until the UC Berkeley site is online. Perhaps this means that it is, although I would expect to be getting much stronger signal at my location than I am.

FYI, November newsletter is posted on the EBRCSA website...pleasant surprise regarding the use of encryption mentioned in that newsletter.
