I'm going to go out on a limb and say SPT isn't an acronym, but is just short for something. How about "Support"? :)

Picking up a faint 773.23125 and 773.98125 with a 1F6 NAC that isn't in the database. It's licensed to EBRCS but I think it may be a new frequency for Site 6 (CCCO East) as the NAC is the same as the other frequencies on that site.

Can anyone in East Contra Costa check and advise?

I'm in Clayton and got a strong lock on both 773.23125 and 773.98125. All the usual traffic TG's, 7005, 7405, 5551, 5554, 7715.

Nope. Fire is just on the Northwest now. I heard OPD Patrol 3 on the Northwest for about 10 min the other day. They were simulcast with the old system. So I guess their getting ready to switch over pretty soon too. Not sure when though.

Oakland Fire is now coming through loud and clear into SF on EBRCS Alco East as well as COCO Central.
I do not know how they pick and choose which sites to send which groups to.

I did a viewshed analysis of EBRCS Northwest, and can see that it has total line-of-site coverage from the 4 transmit sites to essentially all of Oakland except the expected canyons around Highway 13 and the Caldecott Tunnel. (The Oakland Hills Fire area I might add.) Hard to fill in those places. I really hope that once and for all, this fixes Oakland Fire's comm issues.

It normally means someone from East has affiliated with it, so it is then broadcast on East.

OPD now live on EBRCS. On the ALCO SW cell I"m hearing 3406 and 3407 using radio id's #320xxxx for dispatch and #321xxxx for the units. Haven't heard 3405 but maybe they are only on the NW cell.

Yes, confirming OPD TAC 3418 thru 3426, many were active last night with 3422 primary ops for protests.

There's also been encrypted traffic on 3430 thru 3437.

Also, Oakland Crash Fire heard on 2413.

It's my understanding that Brentwood will be live with their own dispatch center around December 1 and their dispatch talkgroups will remain encrypted.
