i checked the database and i got some stations for my new scanner for this area, but the ones for dispatch are incorrect. i show emery county sherriff at 453.375

anyone know the frequncies for say the fire and emt aka "local goverment" channel???

None of these are in the old "PF" class (formerly designated exclusively for fire), so my guess is that fire operations in the county are on frequencies I have not yet found.

ya the 2 biggest changes are emery county sherriff office is now at 453.375
and all county wide fire/emt is 156.000 this is their "local goverment" radio and pager frequncy. i havent picked up on the car to car frequencies as of yet

there are 4 total channels for emery county sherriff's office 156.210 151.340 and 453.375 the local gov for paging ambulance and fire chan is 156.000 the cedar mountain UHP Freq is 154.920 if you are far enough south toward green river yu may hear Bald Mesa Uhp on 154.830 woodsde roads are on 151.055 the 153.740 is just a page chan nothing else is on here no voice the other frequencies i haven't heard anyting on for as long as i know the 451.750 frequency that was the emery couty schoolbuses hs seemed to change to 453.975

enosjones, if the frequencies that you have posted here are current and working frequencies, you should contact the Database Administrator and have the changes noted in the RR Database. These frequencies are constantly changing and it is hard to keep up with them so the Admins rely on people like you who are local to the region and can verify the working frequencies.

Do you know the tones used for 453.375 and 453.975? Are they both repeaters?

The FCC database places both of them on Cedar Mtn (nobody lives there, but it's a good high spot for the entire county). The FCC has the following comments for 453.975/155.805:

THIS RADIO SYSTEM IS USED FOR THE COORDINATION OF WORK RELATED ACTIVITIES AMONG EMERY COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT EMPLOYEES. THIS INCLUDES ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL, MAINTENANCE WORKERS, AND SCHOOL BUS DRIVERS. REQUESTING VHF SIMPLEX AND UHF SITE-TO-SITE.

Have you heard 155.805 being used simplex?

no the input frequency for 453.975 is 158.805 not 155.805 the pl tone is 131.8 the 151.340 frequency has a pl of 100.0 and seems to be heard more in price or northern emery and most of carbon county might be boarding house or ford ridge it can't be cedar mountain or it could be heard further south these are the only recently added frequencies that have changed in the last few years the others 453.375, 156.210, and 156.000 have remained the same since i started listening in 1995. the car 2 car frequency is the statewide ch 3 on 155.745. I had reported these to RR and has been on the site for a while. the 453.375 is not a repeater and does not have a pl tone. the 156.210, 453.375 and 151.340 are simulcast broadcast and/or keyed up at the same time.
