u guys hear about the ems worker taken hostage today in Detroit?
they said they escaped because of a 'panic' button on their walkie talkie..

I got to hear some of that, when EMS activated the emergency button, that talkgroup 8219 started coming through the Northville site. Pro96com confirmed it was an emergency button trip. In the past when emergency buttons were tripped from Detroit I had to monitor it conventionally, this was one of the few times I’ve actually seen a DPS talkgroup from Detroit show up on Northville.
