Entering A CONV FREQ

I put a FREQ in as 156.5700.And it enter's as 156.575000.how can i fix this.

I'd be very curious to know who has licensed 156.57000 as a valid frequency.

This is 5 KHz off from Marine Channel 71.

According to the GRE manual, in this range the available step is 25 KHz.

How can i change the step range to 25 KHZ.And what is the scanner on now.

I strongly suggest your source is in error:

1) 156.57 is not an available frequency in either the pubilc safety pool (90.20) or the IB pool (90.35).

2) The FCC License Search database has no license record anywhere in Texas for 156.57.

3) There is a license for KUG472 issued to the McLennan County Sheriff's Office, for the following frequencies:

154.875 (FB2) and 155.37 (FB).

Your radio will accept 155.37 without issue.
