Entering manual frequencies on bcd396xt

Is there any way to type in a frequency to listen to without saving it?
Also, second question,my local pd has a frequency 460.4125 and then next to that the scanner says c203.5. What is that second entry?

Hey there, i can answer the second question easy, what you`re seeing when it displays "C203.5" is the PL, also called a CTCSS tone, that the scanner is recieving on whatever channel you`re listening to, the channel`s CTCSS/DCS setting is on "search" and it found a PL tone freq . Now the other question i can`t help ya on yet, still trying to figure out my `396XT . 73. N9NRA
