Freescan: error coade with freescan on a unidenbcd325p2

i am having a difficult time with programming a uniden bcd325p2 downloaded freescan and have a radio reference account when i go to import from freescan to radioref i am getting an error code that says my username or password is not correct but it is

Radio Reference, the Forums, and Broadcastify are on different servers but all use the same login. It takes a little while for things to propagate across all three servers. Not sure exactly which server the databases are on, but since you just signed up, may take a little while to access the databases.

I assume you have double checked the spelling of your login name and password.

Be sure that you use your user name and password - not your email address.
