ProScan: error code -10

error code 10 - unable to write data to transport connection:A Blocking operation was interrupted by a call to WSACancelBlockingCall what is this error do i need to fix something on my end?

#1 How long have you used PROSCAN?
#2 Did you install PROSCAN as an ADMINISTRATOR?
#3 What ANTIVIRUS Software are you using?
#4 What version PROSCAN are you using?
#5 What Operating System are you using?

I have used Proscan for over a year now, yes proscan is installed and run as Administrator. I don`t run antivirus on that computer all it runs is Proscan. I am running proscan 16.1 on windows 10 pro. version 1909,build 18363.657

Thanks for the reply now Bob can trouble shoot this better. Did this start after the last big windows 10 update?
You could try to uninstall PROSCAN 16.1 and go back to 16.0 or check windows updates and see if a update failed.

Yes the first time it did it was right after it updated. but after restarting everything it seems to be fine now.

You rebooted your PC and everything is back to working like it should.
