Error code 80072EFD

Hi, when I try to run windows updates, It displays error code 80072EFD. I have heard of this problem, but can't get any straight answers as to the solution. Microsoft Office Pro 2010 also gives the error code 0x80072EFD when trying to register the product.

I am running windows Vista SP2.
