Error Message Win 97

I tried accessing the RR import from WIN97 and received the following error and a suggestion to post it to these forums so this "data may be fixed in the RR database". Any Thoughts??

Try upgrading to the lastest version of the software.

This is not a "database" issue. It is, as pointed out above, a software issue on your end.
