error trying to log in from Win96

Hello,
I get an XML error when trying to use the Web Import-Trucked System link from win96
It says XML error detected: no element found

near:

while requesting URL:
http://www.radioreference.com/apps/xml1.1/?ol=1

Any idea what is wrong?
