I entered "New Mexico State Fair" into the search box at the upper right of this page and found an old post and other info:

Here are some candidate freqs for the State Fairgrounds in Albuquerque:

453.800 R pl 167.9
453.250 R pl 167.9

They are licensed to the state and have "State Fairgrounds" in the license docs on line.

I can hear occasional traffic on both when I listen.

Hope this helps...

Many times they won't actually use the frqs in this type of license but use some in the area. Searching 451-453 and 456-458 MHz limits will yield the true frqs in use. They may also use frqs in the 461-465 and 466-470 MHz area.

State police are using 460.150 you can hear them. The 3 channels for the state fair grounds are being used for parking, sales, maint, and opp. No luck with the long list of freq in the temp lic list. They all are dead. I know they have a few more channels. I think they have 6 or 7 total. Anyone had any more luck finding some freq.
