Both ez scan software for the 1080/1088 and 1095/1098 have an import problem on talkgroups. Go to library import page and select type (Preferred} then I select my state (Ohio) then data type (system) and click on next then ohio marcs-ip with the square in white showing with all sites selected then click on sites then talkgroups all the talkgroup categories are highlighted with black dot but then click clear all then I go down to my county and click on Putnam and the talkgroup listing do not have black square behind them just white. Clicking on square before Putnam will not highlight all of the talkgroups. Have to click on each one to highlight all of them. Worked fine until 2.8 update.

Think I've seen this before . However, in this case, if I followed your steps correctly, it seems to be working as expected here.
The thing I'd seen before is very similar but also seems to be very random. Most times it works as expected but a few times it doesn't.
These types of random bugs (although not necessarily random for you) are very hard to fix particularly if they are hard to recreate.
When I see the problem, shutting down the software and restarting it seems to clear up the problem which suggests to me (when I see it) that something is getting either corrupted or not being being initialized properly in the software. As a developer myself, these kinds of things can be very frustrating (trying to find and solve them).
Either way - hopefully someone is listening (Wendy?) and it will get some attention.
