EZ Scan for Dummies

I'm just out of practice and going nuts. I did a lot of work getting a folder together and did something wrong and lost it all.
What do you do to get a new setup onto the scanner/ I assume when I make changes I do the same thing.

Is there an instruction manual?

Thanks, just what I needed. I did find a scanner folder I created years ago on an external hard drive that has most things in it.
I pretty much quit scanning when I couldn't even monitor the nearby fire station due to encryption.
