F connectors for RG8x coax?

I have 50 feet of RG8x coax 50 ohm and want to install a ground block which means I would have to install Male F type connectors onto the coax - what do I do and where would I get what I need?

The more I look around trying to figure it out the more confused I get......

I would bet $20 that F connectors for RG-8X do not exist. Get a cheap type N lightning arrestor and use it for a ground block.
