Falmouth Hosp and Falmouth DPW

I have programmed Falmouth Hospital security as well as Falmouth DPW for DMR in my 536. They have been programmed for at least two months. To this date, I have not heard any transmissions.
What am I doing wrong? I have programmed Eversource DMR and the transmissions are loud and clear.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
