Has FAPERN been removed from CLMRN or am I just not receiving it? I still hear them on UHF.

I noticed this also and made some calls
I'm told FAPERN is only on the CLMRN when a certain police department has it patched, and if they restart the computer most of the Dispatchers/Officers don't know how to put the patch back up
Kind of a dumb 1999 way to do it but here we are.
I'm told the people who run CLMRN were asked 100s of times if they could just hardware patch it since all the FAPERN sites are also CLMRN sites but since FAPERN is not state owned its some sort of quasi county thing they wont do it.
The old "This is my sand box" mentality even in 2022

Yeah, I figured it was a situation like that.....at least the low band Hotline is still on CLMRN. Thanks for the info.
Sounds like your patch is back up, But its patched to a control station thats got no PL, is on monitor or is getting interferance.
You get noise on the patch to CLMRN but not on the FAPERN system.
Give it 6 months someone will figure it out

I was hearing a lot of Pocsag data noise on it last weekend. Had to lock it out of my TG scan list. I guess they shut it down because of that?
