Farmers Branch Engine 132, ALF loaner?

Farmers Branch is now rolling a new looking American LaFrance Quint. There are no markings on it at this point (beyond the regular ALF branding). Not sure if it's new or a loaner (crew was a bit busy with real work to ask about it). Since the earlier Engine 132 was new only a year or two ago, I suspect this is a loaner.

Looks to be a new TeleSqurt for station 3 was recently delivered and being sent out on runs without decals being applied yet.
