Someone keeps repeating "Tear a thin sheet from the yellow pad, a cruise in warm waters, in a sleek yacht is fun" on the feed. Anyone know anything about it?

It's kinda of comical.

There was similar poetry during STARS testing, sounds like someone is testing a radio system.
A frequency or talkgroup number should help determine who.

These are two of dozens of phonetic standard phrases used to test voice quality in different types of telcom systems.

It's talkgroup ID 26192. In the database it's listed as a special events channel. Most likely a new shipment of radios, and are being tested where those events happen (Great Meadows). Or now that 2 major events were there in recent weekends, maybe voice testing radios that had been repaired.
