Fay ar unknown system

Just found freq 408.000 giving off data signal and I put it in as a trunk system and it gives a site Id of 0032h-0101. No audio yet but talkgroup id 10 pops up but no audio. Just trying to get a little help to confirm. Have a hunch it may be the va hospital police. Unsure though

Looks like Motorola. Had some traffic unencrypted on Id 10

I'm still trying to pin all those down. There at least 3 or 4 freqs possibly
