The FS PA300 struggles to work from cold. The air horn tone is a squeak and the two tone is a warble, however all the tones are loud and there is no reduction of its output. After 10 mins being powered up the tones do become something like correct. A 10 second blast with a hot air gun and all tones are behaving perfectly. My question is, which part of the circuit is behaving incorrectly from cold please?

Get a can of FREEZE spray, amazon has it. It has a nozzle like wd40 to pinpoint the spray , you should be able to isolate the component. Freeze and heat to confirm. found many bad components over the years
