A correction.
They are not hosting your feed. RR is the host of your feed.

They are using an embeded player to access your feed on that wed site.

To do so, it looks they would have had to apply for the key from RR & embed the player code.

It appears they are doing this under the Creative Commons agreement that shoes up at the bottom of each feed site and the state feed listings as shown here:

It appears they comply with the Creative Commons agreement because they site the source of the feed and provide a link back to the feed at RR as shown here: Hosted By RadioReference.com - Feed Information.
