FEMA is publishing an update to the FEMA Acronyms, Abbreviations and Terms – A Capability Assurance Job and Field Aid. The “FAAT Book”, as it is known, is a comprehensive list of FEMA and emergency management-related acronyms, terms and abbreviations. The updated FEMA Acronyms, Abbreviations and Terms – A Capability Assurance Job and Field Aid will be published online at https://www.fema.gov/about/glossary. FEMA will not publish hard copies of the 2023 update.​

There are actually a few government dictionaries for terms and acronyms, the best one I like to see of they ever resolve is the definition of "Mil" (as related to angles).
