Fiberglass Whip Ground Plane Mount.

Hi, I am looking online to purchase a 6 meter band 3/8 × 24 fiber glass whip antenna. I am looking to use it as a fixed base station antenna.

Is there a company out there that makes
a grount plane mount that would have radials for the 6 Meter band.

As an alternative maybe there is a easy way to make a mount but I would first choose a manufactured one.

A ground plane vertical would not be super difficult to homebrew, probably for le$$. Plenty of online calculators out there.

It covers more than 6M (2M & 70cM as well) but have you considered the Diamond V2000A? It comes with a single counterpoise element for 6M. I did the simple mod available online to add two more ground radial elements. Great base antenna with gain on 2M & 70cM, and mine works well on 6M.
