Was the radio in mass storage mode?
(press "E" when the cable was plugged into it)
I would start by looking for the file it says it can’t find.
I formatted the card, used clear user data, then uploaded my programming and everything is working as intended so far.
The upgrade keys are not stored in or by Sentinel. The only way to lose them is to replace the motherboard inside the radio.Hello,
how you keep safe the upgrade keys?
Upgrade keys are not stored on the SD Card. They are stored in the internal memory on the scanner motherboard.
I print my copies and keep them in a safe place.
I make PDF copies and keep them in multiple places.

Not sure anyone would want to remove keys. Just commenting on the comment that the only way a keys can get lost is by replacing the board. It's not the only way.But why would you remove the key?
I save all my keys to text files on several different drives.Upgrade keys are not stored on the SD Card. They are stored in the internal memory on the scanner motherboard.
