Fmp24 scan a range

Can FMP24 be set scan a range of frequencies other than programming them in a scan list?

Lol that's what the button that says "Watch" in the top right corner is for.

There is something in fastlane that says freq range but its related to ham radio somehow. I looked in the notes .txt and did not see that mentioned at all. Its under misc - amateur radio - freq range start and freq range end.
