"format for a frequency search"

I'm trying to look up local frequencies for Manchester, CT

I have NOT A CLUE what im doing..

I need a proper format for frequency search

I'm using a radio shack pro-528

Right here at RR you can go to the home page and click on the left side of the home page under Radio Features then click on "RR Database" then click on "Connecticut" then click on "Hartford" county, or any county you want, to get:
