Frecuencies for Chihuahua

Does anybody knows frequency ranges for Public Service, Military, Government Institutions, or any other frequency from Chihuahua Capital?

I was searching with my scanner frequencies in which I THINK I founded someones, here is the list:

PFP

Transit

I not really sure if I'm correct and I still don't know how to trunk frequencies and decode digital signals, I have a Uniden Bearcat BCD396T

Actually they are used in al of Mexico.

142.350 and 142.400 are Red Cross

and right now I am monitoring 462.300 and it sems to me that it is the frec for a co. that distributes Gas here in Chihuahua.

Do you know more frequencies from the Pubic Safety, Government or other Organizations here in Chihuahua?

I'm new at this and I haven't found anything on the Database or the Internet.
I have searched for some active frequencies but I haven't trunked anything.
I founded some DIGITAL signals but I don't know how to decode them.
You seem to live here in Chihuahua; you seem very favorable to help me with my scanner.

Police here in Chihuahua uses a MPT UHF trunk system in Analog. The frecs. are 460.400 that is the control channel, 460.825, 461.675, 462.150, 462.825, 463.350 and 463.650.

Sure you cn monitor them but you cannot trak them since it is MPT protocol.
