Freeport PD?

I'm fairly new to these new digital scanners. I'm about 2 weeks in with my BCD996P2. Ive used freescan to import all trunked systems near me and Ive manually imported a few conventionals. I'm very far from being a wiz but...

Ive heard traffic from most of the PD ive imported however, ive heard nothing from Freeport PD. I live just outside of there and I have heard smaller towns from further away.

Would any of you care to help out here? Maybe they've gone encrypted? Maybe it's just not setup correctly in my 996p2?
