I purchased my first BCT15x this week, and would like to learn how to program it with FreeSCAN. I'm brand new to using FreeSCAN and have a question. Some of the channels I listen too are not found in the RR database. Others are listed there but are out of data and incorrect. I was thinking I could create the missing entrys manually and enter them using EZ grab. What options are available to do this?

Thanks

EZGrab is used for copying data from other websites, not for manually entering data. You can, however, enter the data yourself. However there is a couple of bugs that haven't been worked out yet, but they do have work arounds;

a. To enter data on the alpha tag and frequency columns, double click on them. A normal single click won't work

b. If you insert a line using the Plus symbol, it usually adds it to the end of the group. The fix is to use the up and down arrows to move the line to the desired location

best regards..Mike
