could someone tell me how to program my Uniden BCD 325P2 using Freescan? I somehow managed to program my scanner a couple of years ago on the computer I had then but on my new computer I can not figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to RadioReference, mrwriggers

The FreeSCAN user guide is in the Wiki.

That has links to pages with step by step instructions, and there are several "how to" videos linked at the bottom of the page.

Just remember that FreeSCAN does not correctly support DMR systems (if you have any of those that are of interest), and has zero support for NXDN. I have used FreeSCAN for programming, at times, on my 325P2, but hav shifted to ProScan because I have several DMR & NXDN public safety systems in my area.

Thank you very much for your reply. I’ve owned several scanners but this is my first digital scanner and I had no idea they were so very different in many ways.
I will do as you have suggested and go from there.
Thank you again hiegtx.
