freescan wont let me connect!

can't connect to radio reference through freescan says check account, internet connection and user name & pw - all are good!! HELP! my scanner: bcd996p2

yes I can do everything (pic 1) except when i go to get freqs from RR (pic 2) either trunked or conventional or anything doesn't matter, i will get the message in pic 3

I don't use Freescan, but it looks like you're trying to login using an email address. I'd think you'd need to use your RR username.

aaaand it turns out as i checked my account status as it asked, i paid premium membership TWICE in error!!! :(

You use your RR user name, kanes1815, along with your password, not an email address.

Just to revisit this topic I'm having the same issue. I can't get FreeScan to connect to RR at all. I've verified the username & password I'm entering are both correct, but I get the same issues listed above. Is this just totally broken, or am I doing something wrong?

I figured it out after reading some more threads. I was using the newer 2.19 version which apparently doesn't import conventional systems. I downloaded the older beta version and it works fine.
