No it will not. The 3 software packages that work with that radio are ARC500, PSRedit500 and Win500. I would avoid Win500 as the author has all but disappeared. ARC500 seems to be the package of choice.

ARC500 Basic is all you need to program your scanner. The Pro version offers additional features such as virtual control and logging.
